« Although our start was short we really enjoyed our stay at Springhill Suites. The breakfast was good with good variety. The location and amenities were great! Though we were not on the beach it was a short walk ~5 minutes. Really like the fire pits on the patio too. Great place to stay!!! »

« It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. »

« This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. »

« I paid 1058.00 hoping to enjoy a quiet getaway. The hotel is nice and close to everything, at least it seems. I had ants all over the balcony which I did not realize until attacked. There were never enough towels in the bathroom and staff was rude when I requested more. The hot tub didn’t work properly and the young man at the desk (not the black one) had an entire attitude when queried about it. Worst of all, It appeared someone tried to break into my room that Sat evening. I told staff and...
