"We LOVED our stay! Latane was a gracious, personable, and super helpful host. Check in was easy. And she gave us recommendations for ...everything. There were some board games and a great pool table. The couch was super comfortable, large tvs. The bed and pillows very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. The house was clean and very cute. We highly recommend renting the golf cart. We could park it everywhere around the island, including beaches, the lighthouse, and restaurants. It made things super easy. The house has a really great outdoor shower for cleaning off sand. And a great little hot tub. The kitchen is beautiful and clean. The house has many windows and the light coming in is great. Publix grocery store, ice cream, tennis and pickleball courts, and the beach are all within walking distance if you don't have a golf cart. Oak Island is lovely. Southport isn't far away. Thank you for the wonderful stay! "

The space is incredibly spacious, clean, and functional, but it also has a wonderful personality that makes it feel like a home rather than just a rental.The kitchen was well-equipped for any kind of meal we wanted to prep, which was a huge plus. "The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. The downside of our week long stay was that the beach outside the house was being dredged and there were lights, heavy equipment and noise 24/7. That ruined the atmosphere for sure, but was not Heather's fault and shouldn't affect other renters. House was clean and we loved the layout and all the blankets for snuggling on the big couch in the main downstairs room. "
