Appartements à louer pour vos week-ends à Northbrook

« Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions. »

« We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. Only 1 of the 4 stovetops worked, which was not resolved. The positives were the free and easy parking, convenient location, and simple, hassle-free check-in and...

« Very dirty, old room. If it wasn’t that close to the airport and quiet I would have left. And even the low price was far too much for what it was. »

« Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, building has an unpleasant odor, limited towels, floor dirty, bug on counter, room tired and need updating and extra charges upon check in. »

« Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again. »

« Absolutley fabulous! Will stay again! The beds were comfy, the neighors nice, the place was super clean and safe. The owner was very responsive to all of my messages and recommended some great newarvy restaurants. Our personal favorite is Backlot, fantastic coffee and great bakery breakfast items for our kids (11 and 14), seriously everything there was delicious. The only unexpected thing was the walk from the unit to Martin Stadium was much further than it stated in the listing. You are looking...

« Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

« Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet . »

« Everything was great. Super clean, and cozy. I would suggest maybe a step ladder, some shelves in the kitchen were impossible for me to reach. Luckily my partner is quite tall. But well stocked with most things you’ll need to cook. In a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to food and a short drive to the beach. Comfy bed. Would stay here again. »

« Parking was easy, directions were so simple. We had a GREAT time!! This place is so cute. Decorated so well. The beds are very comfy and plenty of sunlight comes into the room. Very obvious this place was spruced up recently because it feels very modern and lovely. »

« This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend! »

« I never have been treated like this before. I had a paid reservation for four nights. I called about 4 PM to say we were running late... response: "No problem." I arrived at 10 PM to see a sign posted saying "Overbooked." I call the number and the response was "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. First come, first served." This is UNACCEPTABLE. Two other customers arriving after me faced the same dilemma. Warning: avoid this establishment like the plague! »

« Area was quiet and homey. We stayed in both nights we stayed, however there were plenty of things to eat nearby. The coffee shop around the corner was nice. We had a fabulous time. We would stay at this property again. »

« Great place! Highly recommended. »
