« Du confort au milieu d une immense reserve enorme. Établissement parfaitement organisé très bien décoré et évolué , repas très copieux avec beaucoup de choix avec buffets à tous les repas. Les bémols : pas de wifi dans la chambre et de toute façon wifi payant c est un peu mesquin compte tenu du prix de la nuit. De même obtenir une couverture supplémentaire pour ne pas avoir froid paraissait un vrai souci! »

« We had been looking forward to coming here for a few years but it sadly didn’t live up to standard. The photos on the listing are outdated (taken when the property first opened years ago) The property is now looking tired and the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to have much of a clue! Our waitress took one drink order at a time! We have stayed in much nicer and better value for money lodges in the park. The safari however was exceptional and our ranger was outstanding in knowledge. »

« Super hotel. Elephants in front of my room. All 7 hotel rooms reserved over 2 weekend by myself and friends had faulty air conditioning. Rooms were very hot. Difficult to sleep. Personnel act as if they don’t know. Otherwise incredible hotel which includes dinner and a game drive! »

« This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. »

« Bien que noua ayons réservé et payé pour une suite exécutive avec 2 chambres (4 personnes), l'hôtel a donné notre chambre à un autre client et nous avons été logé dans une belle chambre mais avec seulement un lit double et un seul lit d'appoint. Ma conjointe a donc dû partagé le lit double avec nos 2 filles de 8 et 9 ans, et j'ai couché sur le lit d'appoint. L'hôtel n'a pu réglé la différence de prix (environ 130$) car la transaction avait déjà été complétée avec Expédia, mais ils m'ont indiqué...
