« This is a very small but well designed cottage in the yard of a larger house that is also rented as a vacation property. This is a a good neighborhood in a great location. However, the cottage is on a wooded lot and is very damp. There is a strong mold/mildew odor. The owner has apparently recognized this and placed a scent dispenser in the unit that only makes things worse. Also, there are appliances (hot plate, electric kettle) plugged into an extension cord that is plugged into a power strip....

« The location was beautiful. The studio was lovely a great space. But I was a little disappointed on how the bathroom smelled like mildew and I had to keep the air vent fan on the entire stay as well as the washer had the most disgusting odor. There’s no windows that could be opened, so when we were cooking breakfast, I had to leave the front door open. There also were a few large dead spiders in the corners. There was no garbage bags, no sponge to wipe the dishes before putting them in the...
