"Good location for us. Parking is decent. Amenities are good. Would like if they changed up the breakfast menu sometimes. Rooms are nice with lots of space. Clean. Nice showers. "

"Things we enjoyed were the pool the location some things we did not enjoy were the beds were uncomfortable our mattress was dipped in almost and the air conditioner did not work that good and right inside the air conditioner was what looked like a bunch of mouse droppings and tons of dirt right there where we could see it so I didn't have to look for it. The pool however was the best we spent most of our time there."

"I planned a family vacation with my two adult kids and my three granddaughters, booked two rooms. When we arrived we were assigned rooms on separate floors. One room was on the first floor and one on the fourth floor. I booked a family vacation and of every place we went you were the only business to separate us. I wanted to enjoy my family and your establishment ruined our stay. I'm 64 and don't have the ability to move between floors like an young person. I was very disappointed. "

"We loved our stay! Super clean, updated and wonderful amenities. Staff were very helpful when our car starter died while waiting for valet. We travelled with our small dog, and was easy to have him with us. The gym was nice, as was the rooftop bar (the staff were so energetic and fun). We walked around the neighborhood and went to cute shops and good restaurants. Super convenient to lots of Springfield's offerings. "
