« GG was the nicest hostess and very helpful. Hotel is an old building but very updated boutique style hotel, central to the main Baker Street. Limited parking but free parking on the street overnight. Would stay here again. »

« Really friendly service but no breakfast like mentioned when booking. No milk for coffee on the first day. Pretty old building so we could hear people walking above us a few times. Is that why the tv was black and white? Also the hot water tank is probably connected with other units cause we were losing hot water while showering in the morning. And my partner used the toilet when i was in the shower and i almost got boiled. Internet work on phones but not on laptop. Beds were very comfy tho. »
