"Condition of the room was great and comfortable. 2 nights I was not able to park near my room. I had to park in other lots where it was significant walk to my room and I could not see my car. It appears they have secucrity cameras on the lots so that is a plus as long as they work. The parking near my room was full or one person parked over the line and another car was not able to use the adjacent space."

"Everything was great except the smell of bleach when I first entered the room. It would be nice if they clean the room and air out the smell before guests arrive. The bed frames also had some noise when laying in them. Overall, for the budget it was great with great views and amenities!"

"This hotel was a nice find. The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. It was conveniently located close to hiking trails and restaurants making it easy to access both quickly and easily. The hotel is off of 89A which makes it a bit noisy if you'd like to sit on the patio but the rooms themselves blocked out the noise. We would stay here again."

"I probably had too high expectations given it got a 9 rating. I can recommend it if you temper your expectations. Everything is well maintained and clean. The staff is nice. There's a nice coffee machine available in a room near the office There is free parking in the back. The hotel has a great location at one end of the Cottonwood historic district main street so there's plenty to walk to. Best of all is a very large interior patio with chairs and tables where most of the travelers hung...
