"We stayed for 4 nights midweek. Sandhills is our favourite holiday destination and we have been going there for 40+ years. This year we took our 10 year old grandson. There is good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. There are plenty of beaches for a proper seaside holiday. We liked our accommodation at Serendipity which is spacious and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"A lovely clean cabin, perfect for a short family get away. We were able to fit at travel cot at the end of our bed, perfect for our 3 month old. The Noisy Lobster and Mudeford Quay were both 5 mins away. The cabin was lovely and warm and had a sea view. I have already recommended it."

"Great base to explore area. Nice to have quiet adult only hour in the pool in the morning before the chaos - would have been nice to have another hour in the evening.. being closer to the quay car park than previous stays made it a bit noisier in the evening but would stay again."

"We both really enjoyed walking along beach early morning and again in the evening.
The place had a view of Christchurch harbour. Birds singing squirrels running around, lots of trees round the site, lovely.
Thank you so much we wished we booked to stay longer"

"The Christchurch Harbour Hotel is a lovely peaceful hotel set on the waters edge with views over to Mudeford Quay and the Mudeford Sandbank beach huts. The rooms are clean and modern the staff are all polite and friendly. There are two restaurants on site the Upper Deck and the Jetty. The hotel has a spa on site offering treatments plus there is a small swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna as well as a Gym. The peace and ambiance at this hotel has made us return visitors for the third time and we will inevitably return to stay here again in the near future. Well done to all the staff at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch for the wonderful experience they offer to their guests."

"Lovely hotel with sea view, beautiful room and so clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, loved the hotel being so close to the beach, breakfast had a good selection of food and so lovely we ate outside enjoying the sea view, the restaurant Brassierre Blanc was also lovely, the food was very good, only thing I would complain about is how long each course it took to come out, we had to wait 45 mins just for our starter after having the nibbles, then another very long wait for the mains etc, it took 2 half hours in total just for the two of us and most of that time was waiting for all the courses, other than that a great stay, thank you "

"I was staying at the Village because my dad was in the Royal Bournemouth hospital across the road.
Last year I stayed in a village hotel in Farnborough and vowed never to stay in a “Village” hotel again, the experience was awful. Imagine my disappointment when I turned up in Bournemouth to find I’d booked a hotel in the same group. HOWEVER…..
This hotel could not have been more different. The cleanliness, the helpful staff, facilities and the rooms were fab. And I was very happy with the price.
The staff should get a special mention because they bent over backwards, nothing was too much trouble. I managed to pour scolding hot tea over my ribs. I went down to reception where the young woman on the desk went into Florence Nightingale mode and helped me out with a pretty nasty burn.
10/10 for me. Thank you Village Hotel Bournemouth. "
