We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble, from helping with taxis to rustling up snacks. Super price too, including a full English breakfast. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant which was decent. Not the largest selection of food however what we did receive was superb and the beer selection does well for a night away.
