« Diana's property is a little gem. The garden is beautiful with many places to sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The space is small but very efficiently laid out, with everything that one might need. Places to hang clothes, shelves, extra bedding, etc. it is conveniently walking distance from the old town and many things to do. Wineries, Steinbeck Center and home, great hiking, and good restaurants. The bed is a sleep number bed and extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend it if...

« The hot tub with the valley view was amazing! Appreciate how responsive Daniel was through the process before we even checked in! The only thing we were a little disappointed about was the fact that it didn’t say anywhere that it was a guest house connected to a main house which could potentially be occupied Otherwise we would stay here again for sure! « Better than a fancy hotel. Absolutely loved having a home for three days. It was incredible. Loved the space, and the location was perfect for short drives to restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyed the ability to cook a nice breakfast on our last day. Would absolutely do it again. »

« Really a very special home and location that is very hard to find on the California coast anywhere. The views are truly stunning. That is not an understatement. Pictures are accurate and the house is simply furnished which the photos show. Not 5 stars nor should it be as it's more in keeping with the nature of this historic property. The beds are very comfortable which to me is super important. The beach is gorgeous , however it is NOT a swimming beach and in fact can be quite dangerous...

« This place is so relaxing. There is nothing like listening to crashing waves. The beach is just steps away from the patio. Our hosts were amazing, the place immaculate and it had every thing we needed for cooking great meals. We will be back every year! »

Julie and Sal are wonderful hosts, kind, welcoming, immediately responsive and helpful, going out of their way to insure our visit met our needs. We appreciate their quick response whenever we contacted them. They've designed a lovely Cottage and beautiful patio/furniture, with so many thoughtful features that made our stay both relaxing and comfortable...Comfy bed/linens, beautiful stall shower, kitchen...

« Zzzzz by the Sea is charming and well maintained. The home is nicely laid out with plenty of room for 6 people. The bedrooms (3) are spacious with skylights for plenty of natural light. The fireplaces were terrific for cool evenings. The Dutch door was also great to let in the refreshing California cool weather. The private outdoor deck was nicely situated for us to enjoy the outdoors.The home is on Mission Street near the Sunset Cultural Center. For those the attending Bach Festival...
