« I stayed at this property with my son and little dog for several days in April, so “slightly offseason.” The location is great—easily walkable to the main beach and the shops and restaurants of Capitola, and a 15-minute drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. « The place is gorgeous. The owners have first class taste in how the unit is decorated. The location is perfect. Since this is a private rental, there are very few amenities. No spa treatments, gym, bonfires, rides to the beach, beach towels etc. We were okay with this because we love seascape and the price is reasonable. « Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times.
