"Purtroppo la struttura non aveva ricevuto la nostra prenotazione da HOTELS.COM, per cui non aspettavano ospiti (o meglio, il gruppo che doveva andare ha per fortuna cancellato all'ultimo momento e non sapevano nulla del nostro arrivo). Non siamo riusciti ad avere acqua calda e a mettere in funzione i condizionatori per avere il riscaldamento, ma siamo stati bene in quanto la notte non era per niente freddo. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und es gibt ausreichend Terrassen um zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen schönen Rückzugsort zu finden.
