The only little issue was booking in there was one waiting after me and the lady who booked me didn’t inform me to book breakfast while booking in . Was only couple of hours later when I went to enquire about the breakfast times another receptionist was really nice and informed me I should have been asked a time when I booked in . But other than that was good couldn’t fault the room or hotel . Looking to book again next month"

"Excellent canalside location halfway between railway station and city centre. Nice upbeat vibe, with dining area sharing space with reception and bar. Room cleaning not perfect but adequate, but hotel generally very good. Initially, I had a problem with internet connection on my laptop but the duty manager duly resolved the issue with "a special code". If only all problems could be resolved like this!"

"Third stay at this hotel and as always found our stay very pleasant. The room is always clean and has more than enough space. The staff are a credit to the hotel and are friendly and informative . Breakfast offers a good selection and the cooked food is always fresh. Parking is available adjacent to the hotel and is complimentary for guests. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of Liverpool One and many of the city attractions. Even the walk down to the Mersey and the Albert Dock is a relatively easy stroll. No doubt we will return in the future."
