Couldn't fault the Hotel at all. The reception staff were great, the room so comfortable, we had a lovely tea in Nelson's Restaurant, and finished the evening with a very relaxing time im the Spa, before enjoying a delicious Breakfast the following morning.

Great food at breakfast with a good choice. Excellent meal and reasonably priced at Nelson’s with very attentive staff. Rooms very clean, lovely bathroom products available and well stocked tea/coffee tray with hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits. Spa area great, good sized pool. Hot tub, sauna and steam room. All staff were very pleasant from reception, spa and dining room staff. A brilliant stay.

Staff were fantastic. Carpet needs replacing and some areas need TLC by now. Parking was difficult, perhaps too many events between members of the club, hotel guests and other events cause parking difficulties. Room was great and food was spectacular

Our expectations were by far exceeded with this lovely hotel. All the staff that we came across was helpful, friendly and so efficient. We spent the afternoon on Saturday in the Nelson and enjoyed a delicious lunch. The receptionist was welcoming and warm and very helpful with queries and organising a little suprise in our room. The room was clean, well equipped and very nicely presented. The bed was bit on the hard side but this is probably down to personal preference more than anything else. We had a meal in the palm court which was so beautiful and felt very special with the pianist playing and singing. The pool and changing rooms could do with a bit of updating but it was clean and warm so would happily use again. On the whole this place is an absolute gem where you are made to feel special, would happily stay again.
