« All of the staff was so nice! There is a little store and a resturant where the food is amazing, and they brew their own tea on sight, so they have great sweet tea if you are from the South and are looking. Great location and very nice! But also good healthier options like sweet tea! »

« This is a great place to stay for a night or a year. Its conveniently located near a convenience store, the amenities are fantastic and its clean. My only recommendation for staff is to triple-check the cleanliness of the towels. Because this is a new property, you still have time to ensure this small issue is corrected immediately. I appreciate the accommodation and look forward to my next visit. »

« not good at all »

« A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

« The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it. »

« Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement géographique. Ektor a l'accueil a était très accueillant. Dommage que nous étions au 4eme étage sur 26. Bruyant.

« It could be a lovely place, but some other guests are super loud and my room was not ready before 7 pm ! The reception people are great as they tried to do their best ... But unfortunately it doesn't help with the noise during the night for other guests, doors super loudly ! The room was confortable and again the people working around are just lovely and helpful ! »

« The apartment is really well located, clean, chic and surprisingly large! We needed help as the code wasn't working on arrival and a very friendly girl came over instantly! The building had a water problem on the first day (not the host's fault), we received bottles at no charge. Great service, thanks! »
