« This condo was perfect for our family. We have two kids 6 and 4 years old. They enjoyed the place and the views of planes taking off in the morning. The condo was clean and I felt at ease. The ability to do laundry, cook breakfast and pack lunches for the beach was definitely a plus. We also appreciated the beach chairs and extra beach towels. « Overall, our stay here was pleasant! It is conveniently located to multiple places in San Diego. There was plenty of space, towels, linens, dishes, etc. I would say for the price we paid, the place could have been cleaner. The floors probably need to be steamed cleaned at this point. « This place is misleading at best. After an hour late check-in, there was no key and the cleaners had to let us in.The place isn't as advertised, with bed arrangements not matching the description and significantly outdated photos. It's incredibly rundown and worn, and the only saving grace is the location.Avoid, especially for the cost. »

« Great location in Little Italy. Upkeep of the property could be a little better. TV remotes (satellite/cable) were disgusting and batteries were dead. Replace them with new remotes. Better instructions for TV operation a must. Great property, just needs a little more attention to make this a 5 star rental. »

« The pictures make it seem that the units are connected. However, we arrived after 8pm, so figuring out how to get to the second unit was a challenge. « I loved that the host checked in with us a few times, was very available. Place was spacious, clean, cheerful. »

« Two downsides to this excellent property. There were no doors to either of the closet or storage closet so one was forced to look at messy shelves and hanging clothes. There was no dedicated set up dining area, unless you count the counter. The table had to be set up and put away in order to be able to move around the room. Love the decor and it was well stocked. If they fix these two things it would raise my rating to excellent. »
