"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

Love this hotel!
"We love this hotel! The renovated rooms are really nice! Only thing one night the Buck and Ear bar had a band which might as well have been in our room. They did stop at 11 pm and we were given a free breakfast but still not great especially if you wanted to just relax in your room. The area has cute shops and restaurants. I bought a lot of plants to take home at the garden place Prickly Pear."
