Light tile floors and neutral tones set the perfect waterfront ambiance. To the right, the master suite features a private balcony overlooking the canal. To the left of the kitchen, two elegantly decorated guest rooms (bedrooms 2 and 3) and a spacious laundry area await. Off the main living room, a cozy additional room with a sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. The gourmet kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, is fully equipped with cookware, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, stove, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. The only issue with this house would be the pool temperature. I know it is warm in July but there is no sunshade or any kind of cooling device for this pool. When I contacted the agent I was basically told to swim in the early AM(which did not make a difference) this pool was as warm if not warmer than a hot tub. ##### Catherine J. We were grateful to have the pool because the beaches were full of sea wood at this time. The house has bikes and paddle boards, which we used daily, riding to the beach and checking out the canals. An ice maker is on site which is also great. All in all this was a great home. My only complaint is that the lowest setting on the air at night was 70, which for our family is not cool enough, so we did not sleep well at night. I did not reach out to ask for them to lower it, so that's my fault! ##### Heather S.
