« Breakfast was good.
My room smelled horribly like cigarette smoke. I informed the front desk and nothing was done that evening. Next day before I checked out I called the front desk and had someone come to my room to verify the cigarette smell as to not be blamed. Instead of comping my room I was given 2 bottles of water. At the very least I should have been moved to a different room. »

« We enjoyed our time at the house. It was just as advertised. A heavy storm hit just as we were about to arrive. This caused a tree to fall across the road about 100 yds from the driveway. I was able to get ahold of Summer and she made arrangements with a neighbor to come clear the road. Under the circumstances, we greatly appreciated Summer arranging the help of the neighbors. »
