"When we arrived the first night 5/6, they told us our room was not available. They rebooked us in another hotel, which was not the same standard that we were seeking. They said they would refund our first night, but we still have not received a refund. Very horrible service. It is obvious they overbooked and decided to just kick us out."

"The room was nice. It was like a small apartment with a kitchen and W/D (we didn't use either). Overall very comfortable. The location isn't where I would have liked it to be (kind of a less than desirable area) which was surprising to me, but not knowing the area, that was hard to tell. It was safe, but not walkable to anything."
