We stayed in Lubbock, TX for a church gathering and were shocked by the condition of this home. It was extremely unclean—especially the bathroom—and we found dried grass and unknown black specks between the sheets. The house clearly had not been properly cleaned, and due to the poor state of the home, we had to find alternative accommodations.The exterior was just as neglected: an overgrown sidewalk, weeds, trash in the yard, and an overall unkept appearance. Communication with the host was poor, and he refused to issue a refund despite our concerns.This was by far the worst Vrbo experience we’ve had. We would never stay here again and do not recommend this property to anyone.I have plenty of photographic evidence of the condition of the home. Vrbo doesn’t allow posting of photos but my attorney is very interested in them. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this place or any other owned by this host. You will regret it if you require even a minimal level of cleanliness. ##### Shelley S. My family and I planned to go to the lake because of the weather we were unable to so we ended up bbq at the home. The back uard was beautiful.
