The toilet paper holder needed replacing and there was no place to get ready with a mirror except the washroom. The washroom had no place to put toiletries. For the price, we were happy with our stay."

"This was a great family gateway that made us all remember and think of our caribbean beaches back in Venezuela. Kudos to Tom and all the staff for their amazing customer service and attention to details. They were all very friendly and helpful to make our stay better. The only draw back is that the units don't have A/c unit and it was very very hot during the night even with all fans turned on. Tom mentioned they were working on that, and hopefully it'll be addressed for next summer."
