"Absolutely perfect little place for two girlfriends in need of a relaxing weekend away! Rachel was so great with communicating and when we arrived there were two VERY DELICIOUS raspberry scones from the coffee shop nearby. It was so clean inside and beautifully decorated. "We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western location. The check in staff was friendly and welcoming. The suite was very clean and perfect for our family of four. The kids were disappointed to learn that there was no swimming pool, but they enjoyed their stay. There is a river directly behind the hotel that allows swimming and there are life vest rentals. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes, bagels, English muffins, yogurt and waffles from 7am-10am daily. The bathroom offers complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The lamps all have USB charging stations and the suite offered a stove top, mini fridge, plates, bowls, utensils, dish soap, coffee maker, tea, coffee and wash clothes. We will be back!"
"We thought this home was the perfect place for our stay while we were visiting Canada. This was a family trip. We wanted to see Niagara Falls mostly. Wellborn was about 30 minutes away from Niagara which was perfect because we weren't around all of the hustle and bustle. The beds were super super comfortable. I think kitchen had really everything we needed maybe just a few small things could be added but that wasn't a problem to us at all. Communication with the owner was just perfect she would answer very quickly on everything. Definitely would recommend this place if you are staying in Canada and want to visit Niagara or other points of interest nearby. Plus we got to enjoy somethings right there in the Welland area. Also need to add that we loved the outdoor gazebo. It was better in the morning since it got so hot later on in the day. But there were a couple days that were cooler and it was so nice to sit out there. Maybe we'll be back again someday never know. "
