"Wonderful place the location was excellent the beach is like 3 minutes away on a golf cart they will drive you there and pick you up it's a private beach customer service was excellent they are wonderful people very helpful and friendly Miguel, Junior and Joaquin and all the girls I would difeninily come back and recommend to friend family and anyone looking for family oriented hotels the location close to downtown 15 minutes the room name superior was excellent my wife and I traveled with to our grandkids they enjoy the swimming pools and pool table I was presently surprised with this hotel"

"The food was one of the highlights of our trip. There was always an excellent selection of meals and snacks available throughout the day, and everything we tried was fresh, high quality, and delicious. The beverage selection was good, although the variety was somewhat limited. The resort is very family-friendly. We appreciated the dedicated kids’ pool, along with several other pools that had shallow 1–2 ft sections perfect for little ones. The kids’ club for children ages 4–12 looked like a great amenity for families with older kids. We also loved seeing lifeguards stationed at the pools, which added an extra sense of safety. Our biggest frustration was the infant crib situation. The resort could not guarantee crib availability until we arrived at reception, which made planning ahead difficult when traveling with a baby. We ended up bringing our own pack-and-play for peace of mind. One thing to keep in mind is that the resort is very large, with many amenities spread quite far apart. The complimentary shuttles, which run about every 30 minutes, were essential because the walks can be long, especially in the heat. Overall, we had a great experience with excellent food, beautiful family-friendly facilities, and attentive safety measures. A few logistical improvements would make this a five star stay."

El problema fue que cuando llegué me dijeron que no iba a estar en el área de select que fue el área que yo reservé me pusieron en el área de casa Marina la chica de recepción me dijo a mí que porque yo había pagado ese monto yo no podía estar en el área select pésimo porque si en la aplicación yo reservé para select ya eso no son problemas mío, el precio o lo que sea los tragos no son la gran cosa, otra cosa es que hay que estar saliendo de la piscina para ir a buscar los tragos, pero después el personal todo limpio y la comida estuvo muy buena"
