« Exceptionally quiet, clean room. Large conference hotel - very spacious public/common areas. Very close to Emory which is why we were staying and had a complimentary shuttle to Emory (first come first served). There is a coffee shop in the lobby (decent) and a buffet breakfast for $20 downstairs. The buffet was not appealing to me personally and I think could use a little extra love to make it a solid choice. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. « Greetings - The facility was clean. The staff, friendly and helpful. The lady with glasses at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. I was pleasantly touched she knew my name the next day after I checked in. I am particularly embarrassed that I don’t recall her name. Said she ls only there on the weekends. « I love a Marriott. Ive been a fan and a regular for years. That being said. I won't bw visiting this particular property again The King Suite was poorly named. The bathroom was the size of a dorm room. I wish I was being facetious but sadly that isn't the case. And inside the shower were dark marks ( towels were used to step on). The sink drain often left residue that had to be ran over. The bedroom was really just a bed and a TV with poorly made IKEA side tables. Basic complimentary...

« I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself.
