No indication that the bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedrooms (I wound up sleeping on the couch so I didn't have to risk the stairs in the middle of the night. 3. The neighbors in the adjoining property (possibly the owner's family) were quite noisy.4. « Mikkie made sure the bed situation was great for both of our kids, and everything overall. There is a binder in the kitchen that was very organized with places to eat, housekeeping tips and checkout procedures. She greeted us every morning as we went out and asked if we needed anything. The place was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay there! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and we would very likely stay there again next time we visit! »

« We booked this suite for a weekend event we had in Boston. Boston prices were that weekend, which led us here. The space was clean and comfortable, with an extra small room for my adult son, giving us room to spread out. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky, we were lucky to be able to park on the street. Communication with the host was excellent. It was an easy drive into Boston. The suite is on the third floor which was no issue for us, but travelers should be aware. »

« We had a pleasant day in this unit. We liked the coffee choices (makers and ingredients). Very well equipped kitchen with thoughtfully chosen items -- good stuff and not just a collection of yard sale junk. Great linens, comfortable bed. Owner was easy to reach and communicated effectively, and remedied the few minor issues that came up during our stay. Walkable neighborhood with a few good local food choices. Basement laundry was a bit off-putting and the stairway down was tricky at best....
