Near Boston Historic two-bedroom with Modern Amenities

Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in charming historic 1920's home with original bathroom and all original woodwork, updated with modern amenities and wanting for nothing. Enjoy an amazing night's sleep on new luxury firm hybrid mattresses in both the king and queen bedrooms, with luxurious hotel-style linens and comforters and pillows. Well-stocked eat-in kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including gas stove, complete pots and pans, dishwasher, coffee station, microwave, etc. A short Uber or subway ride into Boston. Centrally located for day-trips to Salem, the Cape, Maine, the White Mountains, and about a mile from the new Assembly Row complex with restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping; and less than two miles from Encore Boston Harbor Casino.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La communication avec Mark c’est très bien passé. Nous étions a 5 min en voiture d’une station de métro, ce qui a facilité nos déplacements. Boston est une très belle ville a decouvrir!!

This place is amazing ! Beautiful remodel of an old property. The host had thought of everything that would make this a home away from home! Responsive and incredibly helpful as well. We appreciated the attention to detail and comfort throughout. There are so many touches of excellence. The mattresses and bedding were so comfortable we are sorry to go home to our own beds. The kitchen was well outfitted we could have hosted a fine dinner and would have found all we needed to do so. We were surrounded with elevated comfort our entire stay

We met Mark upon our arrival and he was very kind to give us a tour of his beautiful home. The kitchen was well-equipped to host a dinner and two brunches! The surroundings were beautifully appointed and the setting exceptionally quiet! Will definitely make it a stop again should our travel warrant another visit to that area!

Such a beautiful house. We fell in love with it, it's laid out perfectly and has everything you need , just like your own home. The beds, and sofa, are so comfy. The house is full of little, and big, historical treasures, I loved hearing about where the pieces came from. There's parking! Entry instructions were easy and Mark's communication is brillliant. Hopefully you'll get the chance to meet him, he's fabulous. Highly recommended host and place to stay, well above expectations, had an amazing time there.

Hands down an amazing place to stay! The owner is very friendly, fast with communication and warm welcoming. The home offers so many historical features and charm. A conversation piece. We loved our stay here. We felt like we were at home. The street is quiet. The bonus was parking for our large truck.

Absolute perfection! What a gem of a property with a great host to match. Everything you could possibly want and more. Mark had restored his home to a very high standard. This property was well-appointed and very welcoming. It has a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, comfortable living spaces, and high quality bedding. There is a beautiful private garden area with outdoor dining space and a grill. The owner is a delight to visit with! This will be our go-to lodging for Boston from now on.

This is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many around the country. Mark lives on site and is extremely friendly and made great suggestions for local and Boston area attractions. He has put a lot of work into the house and the care he has for it shows in the craftsmanship and the cleanliness of the property. We left for Bar Harbor for a couple of days and came back to the Boston are for a few more days after and stayed in a different rental and man do we wish we would’ve stayed in Mark’s place again instead! Great home in a great neighborhood. Any time we come back to Boston this will be the only place we stay at.
