« My husband and I had a lovely experience in the apartment located in the Miraflores district in Lima-Peru. We were received by Mr. Cesar Gutierrez and he was always very willing to help us. Cesar is a very warm and nice person. The apartment is very well located and has all the comforts to provide a pleasant stay. The building has surveillance system and doorman 24 hours. The building staff are very kind and respectful. We definitely recommend this apartment. »

« My second time in that building which is well located. The 2 pools were closed for renovations and it was not communicated to me upon booking. I would have selected another location if I had knew. The gym is also less equipped than last time and the machines I wanted to use where gone or broken. The apartment is nice. Some painting would be required, the sofa is really not comfortable and the dryer would need to be cleaned (dry for 10 minutes and it stops and you have to repeat and repeat....

"Excellent hôtel situé dans le beau quartier de Miraflores ! La taille des chambres ainsi que la vue sur Lima sont à couper le souffle ! lLa courtoisie et la réactivité du personnel mérite un 20/20 ! Très bien ! Rien à dire sur la propreté non plus ! Trois petites critiques constructives néanmoins.. \* Absence dans la chambre d'un plateau de courtoisie avec une bouilloire pour le thé ou café comme nous l'avons vu dans d'autres hôtels de la même catégorie à Miraflores \* Une musique moderne et assourdissante le matin comme le soir dans le restaurant du 21e étage. Une ambiance musicale plus douce et feutrée serait mieux pour se détendre. Nous avons été également assez surpris de constater que ni les employés de la réception ni les serveurs du restaurant ne portaient de cravate dans cet établissement 4 étoiles.. Juste un col ouvert. Cela détonne avec le cadre.."
