« There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...

« Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased. »

« The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back. »

« This property was perfect for island adventuring that our family wanted to experience. The host was very responsive, when we had questions. The resort pool area was very enjoyable for our family of 4 (two teenage girls), when we were not adventuring around the island. »

« Great place to stay with children. Very centrally located and the pools were very kid friendly. »

« VRBO unit in a Outrigger Resort. Clean room, including bar fridge and coffee maker, well stocked with coffee pods, tea and creamers. Air conditioning was very effective. Plenty of towels ( bath and beach), beach umbrella, boogy board, cooler and beach chairs in room for use. Rooms not serviced daily by the resort property. We made own beds and kept room tidy. Resort notified us that owner will service room on request. Resort amenities - nice pools and loungers, did not see the gym. Daily...

« It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer. »

« Listing was extremely accurate regarding location, layout, amenities, and activities. We were very pleased with our unit. Even though the property was a bit dated, our room was extremely clean and well maintained. Onsite property management was excellent and the service was outstanding. Vacation Candy also provided excellent customer service and I would certainly recommend Vacation Candy as the only property manager to use for any VRBO location. I would recommend this property to a...

« Extremely clean/full laundry and kitchen/tons of space, I could live there it was that spotless. »

« Our overall experience here was very good. Front desk and bell staff were all very helpful. Property is large but fairly easy to navigate. Pool and beach are amazing. Location is central island so you are never more than 1 hour from anything on Kauai. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. As an FYI, our reservation type only included 1 day of housekeeping and that was pretty minimal (new towels, coffee, etc but didn't even include changing the sheets). »
