« They are using the name Extended Stay to trick people into thinking it is an Extended Stay America. The main sign on the street is a totally different name and the place looked very run down and even had at least one car up on blocks in the parking lot. The attendant spoke no English. I left and got a hotel elsewhere. According to the records I received, they claim I checked in on 7/3 and checked out on 7/5. This is a lie. I never checked in at all. »

« Look I don’t like giving anything other than stellar reviews but I felt a bit blindsided when I booked this place for a couple reasons. So I’ll start with the bad and move to the good. First thing I noticed pulling up is it is directly across from a methadone clinic. Not their fault and I get they don’t want to advertise it but it gives the wrong impression when you pull up and there’s people on the nod right across the street. That said I walked the neighborhood at dusk and no one bothered me...

« The Elks Temple is truly unique and more than a place to stay with its many bars and restaurants and amazing artwork and history everywhere. The building is fascinating in itself. The staff were invariably friendly and helpful. »

« The first room we received had the hand lotion ripped off the wall and I didn’t want to be charged for those prior damages I asked to be moved to a different room. The second room didn’t have a couch and was smaller. None of the ice machines didn’t work on any of the floors except floor 22 & 26 which we found out as we were leaving »

« Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is more grab-n-go than continental. Breakfast items are not laid out except for the coffee. The room was nice and comfortable. « L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »

« Nice looking hotel, convenient location and spotlessly clean. Our room and bathroom were a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was also great - hot and cold food on offer with great service. Thoroughly recommend this Inn »

« Staff was great. Unfortunately the room was SO loud…. It’s not a good sign when the room comes with earplugs.. and unfortunately they were no matched for the very loud mechanical elevator noise. It was a very poor night sleep. »

« The room was clean. The bed pillows were not as comfortable as my home pillow. The pool was small, but we were the only ones using it. There is no hot tub. Breakfast was always hot with a good variety of good food. »
