« This unique living space is in the heart of Lancaster PA and is full of charm. The environment is quiet with a nice outdoor porch area to sit and watch the sunset from. The location is close to many of the highlights of the area without feeling commercial or gimmicky. The bed and sitting area was comfortable and the host family was welcoming, warm and friendly. »

We couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend, and would love to come back and stay for longer. Thank you Amos and Rose! »

« The inside was beautiful! Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was even better than listed! Everything inside was wonderful!
Sitting out on the porch was possibly a bit of a letdown. Our view was of a garage and a dumpster. We thought our view would be of the park in the pictures. But, we were able to take a walk around the park. »

« My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great privacy, lovely decor, and comfortable bed. A full use kitchen was great to have. Cheech (the pig!!) was so friendly and the host even dropped off carrots for us to feed him. The host responded to every question in a timely manner and check in and check out were painless. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at “The Haven on Meadow Lane” in Smoketown. The apartment was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The hosts have planned the space perfectly with attention to every detail! Rosetta was very cordial, friendly, and available to answer any questions. Even though close to many Lancaster attractions, the street was calm and quiet. Sitting on the porch in the evening and a short walk through the neighborhood were relaxing activities. We got to meet...

« This property is one of our favorites places to stay. We have stayed in another unit previously and we loved that as well. Great communication with the host and very clean and well maintained. The only thing that would make the bathroom slightly better, is multiple hooks for the towels. There is no lid on the toilet seat in order to place a towel there, and the only single hook is on the door. A second towel hook would very helpful. »
