"It was a birthday celebration, and it was to be something special.
We wanted somewhere that would be memorable to stay in and this hotel didn’t disappoint.
A timeless hotel with a superb reputation, with service and amenities to match.

Certainly a hotel that prioritises guest comfort and good service over pretty much anything else. Also, a hotel that is proud of its reputation and lives up to it."
"Hotel was fantastic, stay was great and the food was great. We went to the come alive show at the empress museum and it was only a few minutes walk so fantastic location for that.
The only issue we had was the guy that checked us in had his WhatsApp open on his phone whilst we were there. As a business owner I wouldn’t tolerate that from staff but he was still helpful, polite and quick. It just isn’t very professional."
"The quiet surrounding. The quay view from the window was meditating. Clean and clear walk routes. Reception staff were really kind and welcoming. Hotel was wonderfully Clean, Neat and smelt gorgeous in the Lobby area. A very pleasant stay indeed.
