« The room was very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot for the room. Easy walking distance from downtown Wilmington. »

« The place was nice but there was a foul odor. Smelled as if someone had smoked in it. I appreciated the welcome bag and the other things like hand soap and detergent to use for the washing machine. It was a very cute place but I didn't think it was right to expect your guests to do things like dump their own trash and strip the bed. When you're on your vacation, you don't want to do things as if you were at home. I get away from home to be able to relax and not worry about having to do chores....

« Arrived to a dirty unit with weed paraphernalia left out from the previous guest. Instead of handling it before check-in, the host interrupted our stay mid-trip to re-clean completely disrupting our plans. Unacceptable on both counts. Would not return. »

« We travel to Wilmington a couple times per year to see our son. We stay in the downtown area each time. This condo was one of our best stays. It was immaculate. The host was very responsive and sent our check in info at the perfect time. We loved the 3:00 check in time as it suited our arrival time. This unit comes with a parking pass and that was nice. Many units in this complex do not include the parking pass. If you enjoy walking, you can keep your car in the parking deck all weekend....
