Being just 2 minute walking distance from the ocean, this home provides the perfect location, along with a cozy space for retreat. Being surrounded by multiple local's favorite restaurants, shops, and water sports, this home is sure to please your small group! \-Top tier 1Gb High Speed Wifi in each unit \-300ft to Public Beach Access \-100ft to Local Restaurants \-55" TV with Streaming Services \*This home is a Ground Floor The bottom left unit is fully ground level and consists of 2 bedrooms, each with one Queen bed. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. This unit has a stocked kitchen and dining table perfect for 4\. The cozy living room equipped with a sectional couch and 55" TV with streaming services is the perfect resting space between your hours in the sun and winding down your evening. The laundry room for this unit is located on the interior of the home. Parking- There is enough room to park 2 cars at this home. Parking is directly in front of the home. You will park parallel to the road, one car in front of the other. Keyless Entry- Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the front door. The front door can be seen from the road. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Send a message if you need anything or have questions during your stay! Enjoy the local coastal feel this beach town has to offer! Many restaurants, shops, and local bars are in walking distance. Close driving distance to additional local favorites when it comes to restaurants and shopping centers. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to Wrightsville Beach, which has a great feel. The sand is wide and clean, it never felt too crowded, and the long stretch of shallow water worked equally well for surfers and family bobbers alike.The place itself was super comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The kitchen is really well-stocked (though we hardly needed it thanks to great nearby options), and it comes with beach chairs and towels, a big-screen TV, and even a small front porch we ended up hanging out on more than we expected. Tower 7 (Baja Mexican) and King Neptune are both excellent restaurants, and Adapt and The Workshop are great coffee spots—all less than two minutes away. Luke is outstanding in communications. Just a small note for expectations: this is a ground-floor unit, and while it was never enough to bother us, you can hear footsteps from upstairs now and then.All in all, a great stay—we’d absolutely come back! ##### Kevin P. The layout worked great for us! With both bedrooms tucked away, we could easily put our little one down for the night, while still enjoying ourselves. The location was perfect! Super close to the beach and shops, meant we could walk/stroll almost everywhere. Communication with the property manager was seemless. He was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would highly reccomend & I wouldn't be surprised if we end up staying here again soon! ##### Karen P. This place was amazing, just a few houses down from the beach and you’re right next to a ton of restaurants, cafés, and bars. We never had a boring night. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the description, it was a perfect cozy place to stay. We could not be happier with this place! ##### Jake M.
