« L'hôtel est situé au centre de la ville moderne. La Tour Bayterek est à une centaine de mètres et visible depuis certaines chambres. Néanmoins, le personnel maitrise assez mal l'anglais ou, d'une manière générale, une autre langue que le russe ou le kazakh. A promité, se trouve également une station de bus qui permet ainsi de se déplacer facilement en ville. Il est à noter que l'hôtel dispose d'un spa situé dans un bâtiment annexe avec piscine, sauna et centre de remise en forme dont l'accès...
