It's a great space for a small family or one couple. It was sufficiently stocked with plates/cups/pots/pans for us to do some minor cooking. Beds were comfortable and the place was overall well furnished.Hot tub for the building itself is closed, but it's only another 30 ft over to the neighboring building's pool and hot tubs which were nice. Common areas of the building were fine, no issues, parking was convenient. Location is excellent. Just off the main drag in River Run, while being super close to the gondola.Overall a great stay, minor issues with the building key cards on arrival that didn't get addressed during our stay and with some leftover materials from upgrades in the unit on arrival - but would expect these were on time issues. ##### Tyler Z. Had a wonderful stay as we enjoyed skiing/snowboarding. Great location that is an easy walk to the gondola or Summit Express Chair Lift. The bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 and the sofa pulls out. We didn’t use the pull out sofa but did see it there. The kitchen is well stocked! We cooked every breakfast and most lunches and half of our dinners in the kitchen. Everything worked great. We appreciated Arapahoe Lodge being central to River Run Village and could step right out the door and into the small, bustling town with many shops, restaurants and about a 1/2 block walk to the River Run Gondola and Summit Express Lift. The condo itself was clean, spacious with fully equipped kitchen (including paper towels and dish/dishwasher soap), and bathroom with clean towels, Kleenex, toilet paper and small toiletries. A couple things worth noting: There isn’t a dresser in the bedroom as pictured, but there is a luggage rack, and we also utilized the ironing board in the closet as another luggage rack. There is an underground, heated parking garage you can access with the key card-the height limit is 7’8”, which is good to know. With our Toyota Highlander and Yakima box we had about 4” to spare. Otherwise there are outdoor lots, but cost $25 each overnight. Also worth noting is there is a ski locker with the unit. It’s on the main floor, accessed with key card and then a physical key which is hanging in the unit on a lanyard. The unit itself is accessed via push code/lock. There are also free laundry facilities on each floor, which we really appreciated. Bring your own detergent. Lastly, although the Arapahoe hot tub is closed down, the Dakota pool and hot tubs (2) were only about 50’ away (also accessed with key card) so no worries! Overall very accommodating for our family of 4, a great trip and would definitely recommend! ##### Brande B. Perfect size for four, I think 6 would be a stretch with luggage. Good kitchen with everything you need to cook. My wife wanted to add that if you need a blow dryer, make sure you bring one. Walkable to everything. Unfortunately, all along the hallway of the second floor, the ceiling lights flash like strobe lights. Apparently, this has been an issue since storm last year. When you’re out for the night and your door is closed the gap in the bottom of the door is a constant flashing strobe light. I felt like I was in the movie the shining walking down the hallway. The light right outside our door was a constant strobe light. The hair dryer did not work. Most disappointing was the hot tub and pool are not working for the winter season. They do allow you to go next door to the neighboring property to use their hot tub and pool. It’s definitely inconvenient and would have been nice to know prior to booking. Be sure to read parking instructions. There is a highlighted area in your instructions to print a parking pass. I did not see that before I left. The underground parking garage says your car will be towed. I was told to write down our room number on a piece of paper and keep on the dash. I did that and my car was fine. The bed was very comfortable and the living space was very cozy and inviting. ##### Amy W. We had a girls weekend while visiting my oldest who attends CU-Boulder. We loved having the bunk beds in the same room so it was like a sleepover! The condo was great, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. My only suggestion would be to add another mirror (only one in the bathroom) and when you have several girls getting ready, that was inconvenient. ##### Kacie P. There were some check-in problems where expired keycards were left in the indicated lockbox. Turns out, there was a second lockbox with the updated keys, which was discovered after a phone call with the host. Once that was sorted out, we really enjoyed our time in Keystone. ##### Jason T.
