« This house is very well located, with a view on the bay, close to bike rental and close from many SF sites by foot.The owner Robert was very helpful and improved our stay with many great tips, he even guide us to the city and to the Golden Gate Bridge.One warning: you need to consider there are numerous animals (especially cats) in the nearby if you are sensitive to odours ! »

« I had to book something last-minute for work, and found this listing for a good rate in SanFran. It was like a home away from home, perfect, and better than a hotel. The host was very friendly and was prompt with communication. I have saved this property and will book this place again if I or anyone needs to visit SF in the future. »

« Great place and great location »

« Needed a month rental to come visit our kids and granddaughter in the neighborhood. This was the perfect location; close to everything - no car needed! Chestnut Street is full of shops and restaurants and is just a quick walk away. The Marina is right around the corner and our favorite morning walk was around the Palace of the Fine Arts. Otto and his wife were great to deal with - such nice people! »

« The apartment was absolutely lovely and was a great location to walk into North Beach, and various adjacent neighborhood areas, i.e. the waterfront, Coit tower, etc.The apartment is fully loaded with luxury amenities - great beds and linens, bath towels, etc. The kitchen is deluxe, loaded with any appliance one could possibly require. My family loved this apartment and we hope to return. »

« To begin with, this is fake "studio". One bedroom with a sink, small refrigerator and microwave oven. Bathroom, a miniature sink; not usable (check it out...). Access thru the two keypads, confusing idiosyncratic differ between the two. A second entrance door adds to the confusion. Even for the Marina district, pricing is excessive. Shame on Vrbo. Next trip to SF, hotel. »

« The location is amazing. The property is quiet and perfect for us. Walk one way and you’re in North Beach, another way and Embarcadero, another way and Chinatown…we were in heaven. We love SF and can’t say enough to describe how much we enjoyed our stay. »

« This was the most beautiful place I've stayed in San Francisco and in my top ten ever. Light and airy, an incredible well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, great art, and don't forget the breath-taking rooftop patio. The hosts' communication was perfect and the neighborhood was cozy and friendly, with plenty to do and see. 10/10 will look for this place when I'm back in San Fran! »
