Les tables sont souvent sales et quasiment jamais débarrassées lorsque vous mangez, que ce soit au restaurant principal ou à la piscine. L'amabilité du personnel au bar est également très disparate et aléatoire: nous sommes tombés sur des personnes extrêmement sympathiques qui ont du métier mais aussi sur des personnes à la limite du désagréable. Enfin et dernier point: on nous a fait remarquer (et ce pour la première fois) qu'ayons réservé via Expedia, nous n'avions pas droit aux mêmes services que les autres hôtes. Pas très commerçant ni agréable à entendre surtout lorsque l'on réserve 2 semaines. Bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel qui ne coche pas toutes les cases pour nous.
