"Tres bien pour nous ! Pour la periode choisie et l’option demie pension, le rapport qualité prix est bien respecté, le restaurant, le personnel, la propreté, les services, les spectacles et animations ! Tout était tres bien !,, après, on partait profité du soleil, visiter l’île,,on ne restait pas affalés sur les transat à boire des bières et ruminer , Des mécontents de tout et n’importe quoi il y en aura toujours, mais pour nous, sincèrement les 10 nuits passées dans cet hôtel étaient super bien !!! ¡ Muchas gracias ! Viva España ! "

"Il y a un réel problème dans la qualité de service au niveau de la restauration. Les tables sont souvent sales et quasiment jamais débarrassées lorsque vous mangez, que ce soit au restaurant principal ou à la piscine. L'amabilité du personnel au bar est également très disparate et aléatoire: nous sommes tombés sur des personnes extrêmement sympathiques qui ont du métier mais aussi sur des personnes à la limite du désagréable. Enfin et dernier point: on nous a fait remarquer (et ce pour la première fois) qu'ayons réservé via Expedia, nous n'avions pas droit aux mêmes services que les autres hôtes. Pas très commerçant ni agréable à entendre surtout lorsque l'on réserve 2 semaines. Bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel qui ne coche pas toutes les cases pour nous. "

"La déco de l’ensemble de l’hôtel (style mauresque moderne classe mais simple, qui se fond avec la nature environnante; avec des fleurs fraîches, de la végétation bien entretenue et variée, des tableaux sur le thème marin), la taille, la propreté et l’équipement de la chambre (vue mer, avec petite terrasse pour bronzer en toute intimité). La cuisine est très bonne (miel naturel, crêpes faites en direct, jus naturels, eaux aromatisées, spécialités proposées-Canarienne, Mexicaine, asiatique-. Le personnel agréable et professionnel. L’environnement très à mon goût : immense plage naturelle ventée avec du beau sable et une eau claire; entourée d’un paysage désertique. Petite superette pas loin (15mn à pieds). Pharmacie à proximité. Le spa de l’hôtel est très agréable avec un personnel accueillant et professionnel."
