"Overall the property is nice with an excellent breakfast but cleanliness and staff were disappointing and unfriendly. Check-in took a very long time, we had to sit for 20 min. before we got our key, hairs in the bathroom and one really big tuft of hair on the shower wall. "Antes de ir, 10 dias mas o menos, pedi una habitación con cama de matrimonio... no me l dieron, llegams y el de recepccion era muy poca su simpatia.. no ns informaron de horarios ni nada. Al llegar al bufett habia 4 comidas contadas, os pusieron malas caras al decir que aquello no me gustaba nada.. las toallas sucias y por ultimo el desayuno no lo quitaron a las 10 y media sin avisarns q era hasta tal hora. Una gean decepcion nada aconsejable"
