« Fuldstændig fantastisk hotel. Vores værelse var så fint med fantastisk udsigt over hotellet og havet. Alle i receptionen var så søde, restauranten havde fremragende mad. Vi var næsten i spaen hver eneste dag, og nød det hele. Taxaer er meget billige, så det gør det endnu nemmere i forhold til lufthavnen eller færgerne. Eneste minus var, at der blev spillet musik på hotellet døgnet rundt. Det virkede meget overflødigt om natten og vækkede mig nogle gange. Håber de overvejer, om det giver mening i...

« Great hotel, extremely good service, great breakfast (has multiple vegan options) and 15 min away by foot from a vegan South Indian restaurant. The staff was so kind, the cook gave us a jam recipe and the reception staff translated the recipe from Japanese to English for us. Extremely well served as well : there is a laundry room and got snorkelling tours directly on the beach. A place of reference when we come back to Ishigaki. »

« L'hôtel dispose de plusieures ailes. La chambre qui nous avait été attribuée était moderne et plutôt grande (assez pour pouvoir y ouvrir nos énormes valises, ce qui, au Japon, est une qualité...). Nous n'avions normalement droit qu'au petit déjeuner traditionnel servi au restaurant du rez de chaussée, délicieux mais trop copieux. Nous avons demandé à pouvoir avoir accès au petit déjeuner buffet et on nous a donné les voucher correspondants sans problème. Je recommande vivement la...

« Très bel hôtel neuf. Les appartements sont grands et très bien équipés. Difficultés à communiquer en anglais avec le staff. Pas très flexible sur un late check out alors que l’hôtel etait loin d’être plein et que notre avion n’était que le soir. Ils auraient pu nous laisser la chambre jusqu’au moins fin d’après midi car il pleuvait des cordes dehors…. La piscine est un peu petite si l’hotel est plein je pense. Par contre peut louer des vélos 2h gratuitement et c’est très pratique. »

« Nous sommes arrivés le 24 aout a 12:30h a l’hotel, bien qu’il était effectivement marqué que la chambre ne serait disponible qu’a partir de 16h , ma copine étant diabétique et ayant des médicaments importants nous avons tenté de joindre le personnel de l’hotel. Strictement aucune réponse ne nous a été apportée que ça soit par mail ou par message au personnel. Nous avons donc attendu avec nos valises incapable de rentrer dans l’entrée de l’hotel car oui aucun mail concernant les codes de l’hotel...

"Très chouette hôtel avec une plage très belle! Le lodge était par contre un tout petit peu vieillot mais n’empêche pas d’apprécier la grandeur de la chambre et ses équipements. Juste un problème de propreté sur les zones moins accessibles, par exemple, une couche énorme de poussière sur les pales du brasseur d’air."
