"The hotel was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was nice and big.
They have an essence spray as you walk into reception that weirdly just makes the whole place feel inviting.
We stayed for two nights to go to a local club and we did a Spa day at the hotel's Y Spa on the Saturday which was brilliant."

"Everything was perfect. Check in was great. Luca (I think) was friendly and really helpful and remembered us when we checked out. We are in the hotel twice and it was perfect. I have lots of food intolerances from a long term illness and the bar and restaurant staff and the kitchen were in incredibly helpful and got everything right both times, first go. Trust me this is unusual. It took Gordon Ramsey restaurant 3 times of sending out food before I gave up and didn’t eat. Room was lovely. We had a view of the river and a lovely balcony. Highlight was watching the cows on the opposite bank. We would definitely recommend and return. "
"Had a great time, the hotel was lovely and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, had a meal in the restaurant and the food was delicious and great value for money, and breakfast in the morning again food was delicious
Could not recommend enough"
