"Very clean, amazing staff"

"Just left our long weekend stay at the Westin Copley Place and already want to return. Everyone we encountered working at the hotel was so welcoming and nice- especially at the bell hop and valet areas. We stayed in a suite and that was perfect for our young family of 5. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel seemed busy but not crowded. The elevators are quick. Super convenient location: we were able to walk to many places and use the T which was across the street. The hotel buffet continental breakfast was terrific. Good variety of options and it was all tasty. Overall a 10/10 stay and will happily return for our next trip to Boston! "

"Staff was attentive, friendly, courteous and helpful with recommendations and directions. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is located near Boston Commons and close to various T-stops which is convenient for travel to sight-seeing locations, theater and events around the city. Leave your car in a parking garage!"
