The Leo Grand has a lot of appeal. The design is great, the location is perfect. Wonderful high quality beds and linens and lovely Penhaligons toiletries.
Breakfast was included booking via Expedia and that was a big plus as otherwise it’s quite expensive.
The covered and heated courtyard which also serves as the dining room plays music til late ish as the restaurant is busy and fun - but I wouldn’t book a room overlooking the courtyard for fear it would be noisy. Our room faced the street outward and was blissfully peaceful.

Everything was good. However, temperature in a room was too high. I tried to regulate- with no success. Asked for help- and a lady from a reception came, did the same what I have done - with the same result

Historical aspect is unique. Hotel is very high level.
Cab driver arranged by the hotel was not friendly and was rude and disrespectful.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. The only concern I had was when I asked for an iron they brought me a broken one that leaked rusty water. The 2nd one they brought me had severe discoloration on the bottom that would have ruined my dress had I not tried it on a towel first. They should have never offered these in the first place.

Location is off the beaten path just enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city but within close enough proximity to get to quickly. Fantastic apartment - clean and updated, staff were helpful and friendly!!
Only drawback is Parking but that’s citywide. There is no parking garage connected with the apartment so plan wisely.
