Établissements à pavillons à Helvetia

« Staying here was an absolute nightmare. We arrived at 7pm and tried the google doorbell as instructed, no response. I called the host multiple times and it went to voicemail each time. I contacted customer service and was just about to cancel the reservation when a man called to say he could let us in. We finally made it inside at 10pm. The house was filthy, the man tidied up before he left, but he shouldn't have had to. He told us that the host was out of the country and couldn't respond as a...

« Hôtel de chaîne très propre avec un grand lit dans une immense chambre. »

« Vraiment propre. Neuf. »

« Easy access to major roads, plenty of free parking, friendly staff. »

« I had a male customer of the property lurking and watching me. No one really seemed to care. The most disappointing part of the stay was the bed in the room and the temperature control of the room. The bed seemed to be 20 years old and when I saw or layed down it provided NO support. I was unable to sleep and spent the majority of today in pain from the utter lack of support from the mattress. The room was constantly hot during the night. I turned the thermostat as low as possible, but it...

« I felt extremely unsafe at this hotel. As a female solo traveler, there were several alarming things. The main issue I had is that to get to the rooms you had to use an exterior elevator located under a parking structure. There were constantly people hanging around by the elevator and I saw a homeless person going through the trash. Most concerning was I had a guest try to follow me to my room. If I hadn’t been so aware of my surroundings and caught onto what was happening, Im not sure what...

« This has been my go to hotel in Vancouver but no longer. They charge you extra if you check in before 4:00. Doesn’t matter that the room is ready, you pay. It’s a money grab. I think it’s $25 to check in early, even at 3:45. I only stayed there this time because I was arriving at 6 PM but I think it’s time to move on »

« Chambre plutôt pratique et literie confortable. Pas de service de petit déjeuner. »

« Very pleasant motel. They got everything right. Well worth spending 20-30 extra dollars for such a place, compared to the 3 other options in the area. Breakfast was outstanding and completely managed by one hard working woman; she had it spotless and the food was much better than the usual. Best low-mid priced motel experience we've had in years. Definitely plan on coming back. »

« Très satisfait de notre petite halte pour une soirée, avant de reprendre la route. »
