"The convenience to all things, shopping, attractions, etc. Also having a large suite accommodated 4 adults perfectly. Customer service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.
The least liked was having two hotels that are advertised as being in Times Square. Of course we went to the wrong one and had to walk with nine pieces of luggage to the correct Riu. We were told this happens frequently. Riu needs to be better distinguished when booking. Also, more ports for plugging in electronic...
"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."
"The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel itself was in great shape. I loved my room, it was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to illuminate things a little better; I had a very difficult time reading the numbers in the elevator, and finding my room once I reached my floor because of how dark it is. Beside that, I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay at this hotel again."
"Beautiful locations, we didn’t like no fridge , no coffee machine. The water in the shower kept dripping, we couldn’t do anything. I told them about it. Didn’t get fix. The cleaning staff is excellent housekeeping is fantastic. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Candlewood Suites. We had asked for a high floor, to cut down noise and we were happy with our room. There was little that could be done to prevent the noise of sirens though!! The front of house staff were always friendly and would chat with us each day. We had a great view of the Empire State Building so take a tip and pay extra for a city view!
All in all it is a great place to stay when in New York - with a great location!"

"Property and staff were fantastic. Very helpful, polite and friendly. The only thing I would mention is that the shower curtain had some dark mold at the bottom. A very easy fix. Other than that, everything was wonderful. "
