« I came to check in an hour after the official check in time and my room wasn't ready. The staff (at least those there physically) were great. Wasn't too enthused about the little kiosk in the front office. and there was no one there in the morning to check out. I had to call the number provided twice to let them know I was leaving because i didn't want to get charged a late fee. I understand being short staffed but I didn't like the feel of the informal way everything was done. »

« We had a great stay. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was helpfully stocked with some condiments and coffee, and nice toiletries were provided in the bathroom. My favorite thing was the living room, which is set up with ample seating and a nice and well-placed TV (amazing how often that's off to the side somewhere in rentals). We didn't have time to use the yard, but it's a nice space. We would definitely stay again. »
