"Our apartment suite was amazing. It had every comfort we could ask for and more. It was incredibly spacious with more storage space than we could use. It was much more than we could have hoped for. Unfortunately we only spent one night at the hotel due to our travel schedule but would have loved to have spent a few more nights there. The staff was extemely courteous and helpful. We would definitely return to the Novotel Hanoi without hesitation."

The Club Room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with elegant décor and great views of the city. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and everything—from cleanliness to in-room amenities—was thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights of the stay was access to the Club Lounge. The atmosphere there was perfect for both relaxing and informal meetings. The selection of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was impressive, with a good mix of local and international options. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Hanoi.
