« Excellent hotel, great value for the price. Everything looks new and clean. Our room was spacious and the bathtub was a dream. The service was perfect, Eric at the reception was very helpful, as well as the hostesses at the restaurant for breakfast. The location is great in Discovery Bay. The only thing that needs improvement are the hours for the return shuttle bus from Disneyland to the hotel. As the last shuttle bus is at 8.35pm, if we wanted to see the nightime fireworks, we could not catch...

« Nous sommes arrivés le matin et alors que la chambre n'était pas encore accessible, l'hôtel nous a laissé accéder aux douches et à la piscine pour pouvoir nous rafraîchir. Le service de navette inclus vers le métro et l'aéroport est un vrai plus. Le matin de notre départ, la navette vers l'aéroport était pleine. L'hôtel en a dépêché une autre spécialement pour nous. « This hotel is in a great location. It is close to trains, buses, ferries and the central area. There are a lot of walkable areas with shops and restaurants and markets to explore. The hotel itself is small but has restaurants and a bar. I did eat breakfast there one morning and it was good. I would say the staff are not too friendly and semi helpful if you ask them questions about the area. The room was very clean and although smallish it had everything you needed. « Hôtel mal desservi, pas pratique : il faut prendre des taxis: aux alentours : pas de supermarchés, ni de restaurants pour manger. La 2e nuit, le ménage de la chambre n'a pas été fait et on a dû attendre environ 2h dans le hall pour que la chambre soit propre : on était fatiguée de notre journée et on ne pouvait pas intégrer la chambre pour se reposer et prendre une douche : incompréhensible !! Les personnels de l'hôtel sont limite arrogants et ne sont pas très aimables car pour un hôtel 4...
